Our Services

What we do is provide care and support for people in their own homes.

We are specialist carers but, more important than that, we are people who believe that everyone we care for should be looked after in the way that they want to be looked after. We know how important the small things are and we work really hard to get them right.

We provide our clients with a flexible and bespoke service based on their needs. We recognise the importance of maintaining clients’ independence, and their freedom to make choices and to control the decisions that affect their lives.

Our services include assistance with:

  • Personal support: for example personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting; and health related activities such as the prompting or administration of medication, collection of prescriptions, and escorting to doctors, dentists and hospitals etc.
  • Practical support: for example washing up, tidying up, light cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping, food preparation, pension collection, assisting with pet care, and supervision of gardening and home maintenance.
  • Social support: for example companionship and conversation, visiting neighbours and friends, and accompanying on shopping trips, days out and to social events.

We are a viable and less expensive alternative for those people who don't want to move into a care home but want to continue enjoying the comfort of their own home and the independence that brings.

In many cases we work with the close relatives of those who need our support. We understand how stressful it is for sons and daughters, for example, to put the care of a parent in the hands of an outsider, and so we work closely with them in the setting up and delivery of the care and support.

We have been assessed by the Care Quality Commission as meeting their ‘essential standards of quality and safety’ and we are registered with them.

Please contact us by telephone, letter, email or by the internet form on our website.

We will call you back and discuss with you the type of service you require.

If it seems likely that we will be able to meet your requirements and you would like to proceed further, we will arrange a ‘without obligation’ meeting with you in your home to discuss your requirements in more detail.
